— STAY SAFE
SAFETY GUIDELINES
Race day protocols, health recommendations, and conduct rules to keep every participant safe and healthy.
FOLLOW COURSE MARSHALS
Course marshals are stationed at every intersection. Follow their instructions at all times — they are there for your safety.
STAY ON COURSE
The course is marked with cones and signage. Do not cut through yards, alleys, or unauthorized areas. Stay on the designated route.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
If you feel dizzy, chest pain, or shortness of breath, stop immediately and seek help at the nearest aid station or medical tent.
HYDRATE PROPERLY
Drink water at every aid station (1.5K and 3K marks). Do not skip hydration, even in cooler weather.
NO HEADPHONES
For everyone's safety, we strongly discourage headphones. You need to hear marshals, vehicles, and fellow runners.
EMERGENCY CONTACT
Carry your emergency contact info (on the back of your bib). Race-day emergency number: displayed at the start line.
HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS
EMERGENCY
In case of emergency, alert the nearest course marshal or proceed to the medical tent at the finish line. On-site medical team is equipped for race-day injuries and heat-related incidents.
