I am applying to attend the BrazilNation #RUN5K event on September 5, 2026 as a VIP guest. 2. I understand that my VIP status is confirmed only after the organizing team reviews and approves my application. 3. I grant BrazilNation Academy permission to use my name, title, biography, photograph, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and media purposes related to the event. 4. I agree to follow all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from event staff. 5. I release and hold harmless BrazilNation Academy, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims arising from my participation. 6. I understand that VIP amenities (parking, hospitality, green room) are subject to availability and will be confirmed by the organizing team. 7. I agree to arrive at the time communicated by the team and to honor the schedule provided. Guest (or authorized representative) acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement.
