By registering for or participating in any BrazilNation #RUN5K event, you acknowledge that running is a physically demanding activity and assume all risks associated with participation. You confirm that you are physically fit and have not been advised against participation by a medical professional.

BrazilNation Academy does not provide medical, recovery, or treatment services. Any services booked through our website or partners — including but not limited to massage, chiropractic care, sauna, IV therapy, compression therapy, shock wave, laser treatment, and nutritionist consultations — are performed by third-party partners.

The majority of our partners are Olympic athletes, former NFL players, and professional athletes. Our sports doctors and multidisciplinary team (which includes these partners and third-party companies) are not liable or responsible for BrazilNation Academy's performance or services.

BrazilNation Academy is not liable or responsible for the services, performance, or outcomes of third-party providers. By booking any third-party service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

The training programs generated by our AI Training Program Generator are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

Membership fees are processed through RunSignUp. Refund and cancellation policies are governed by RunSignUp's terms and BrazilNation Academy's membership policies. The $250 performance test (conducted every 4 weeks) is optional and not included in membership fees.

All participants, members, and partners are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship. BrazilNation Academy reserves the right to revoke membership or event participation for conduct that violates our community values.

Personal information collected through registration, membership, and inquiry forms is used solely for event coordination and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide booked services.

BrazilNation Academy programs are overseen by the Academy Chair Board member (non voting), ensuring quality and consistency across all training and development initiatives.
