VENDOR AGREEMENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree that: 1. I am applying to be a vendor at the BrazilNation #RUN5K event on September 5, 2026. 2. I am responsible for my own products, equipment, signage, and transactions at the event. 3. I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. 4. I assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to property damage, loss, or liability arising from my products or services. 5. I release and hold harmless BrazilNation Academy, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from any claims arising from my vendor participation. 6. I grant BrazilNation Academy permission to use photographs or video of my booth for promotional purposes. 7. I agree to follow all event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from event staff. 8. I understand my vendor spot is confirmed only after application approval AND fee payment is complete. Vendor (or authorized representative) acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement.
